Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and drive process improvements in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and influence business strategies while based on-site in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage large-scale programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to deliver critical solutions and improvements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to influence project priorities and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to advocate for project needs and resolve issues.
  • Foster constructive dialogue and build consensus among team members and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in stakeholder management, effectively dealing with multiple levels within an organization.
  • Background in driving end-to-end project delivery and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
