Job Details
Title: Adaptive Planning Analyst
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: 12+ Months
The Adaptive Planning Analyst will be responsible for configuring and supporting business process solutions under various projects (APEX, HCM, Econ Portfolio) within Workday Adaptive planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Experience: The hiring manager values candidates who have experience with the full lifecycle of an implementation project, including requirements gathering, building, hypercare, and post-implementation support. This includes bridging knowledge gaps, creating training materials, designing workflows and reports, and troubleshooting data and formula issues.
- The ideal candidate is articulate and streamlined in their communication. They should possess a strong balance of technical skills and business acumen. A few of the candidates so far have lacked hands on skill but have the business acumen.
Core Competencies
- Experienced in Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of system integrations
- Proficient in constructing data models, generating comprehensive reports, and designing interactive dashboards.
- Skilled in SQL
