Deployment Manager
Hybrid in RI

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the rollout of technology solutions that support our mission of protecting the environment and stewarding our state s natural resources. You ll coordinate teams, manage client-facing deployments, and ensure RIDEM s Salesforce platforms and related systems are delivered smoothly and effectively.
Required:
- 5+ years in deployment or project management in a technology environment.
- Proven success managing complex deployments in client-facing or government/public sector settings.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Teams, and project management tools.
- ITIL knowledge and/or PMP certification.
- Public sector or environmental organization experience.
