Part-time Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced PROS CPQ Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions using PROS software. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pricing strategies, quote-to-cash workflows, and enterprise system integration. This role is critical in enabling accurate product configurations, streamlined sales processes, and optimized pricing for organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize PROS CPQ solutions integrated with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Drive pricing strategies using PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (SPOM).
- Collaborate with sales, product, and IT teams to streamline quote-to-cash workflows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of CPQ with enterprise systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in PROS CPQ and Pricing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of PROS Pricing/CPQ modules and Smart Price Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce preferred).
- Proven ability to lead CPQ implementations and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise-level quote-to-cash processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CPQ deployments.
- Prior consulting or system integration experience.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, global environments.
