Title: Data Coordinator - Onsite

Description:
Researches, extracts, compiles, and analyzes data; develops periodic reports and processes ad hoc reporting requests; assists in documenting and training of related procedures; creates, maintains, and updates databases; and researches and resolves issues associated with information in the database.
Duties:
Retrieves records or data and distributes information as appropriate in order to provide timely and accurate information to department members or external customers.
Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
Performs analysis of complex nature on information received, and researches or resolves issues following prescribed procedures.
Gathers and summarizes data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects.
Maintains database systems, ensuring the integrity of the data within each system and resolves issues relating to the database information.
Assists with documenting and training the processes used in working with the various database systems.
Job Duties:
Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests using established processes
Facilitate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment
Coordinate the logistics of internal and external testing activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and test sample intake
Maintain accurate inventory records and organization of engineering storage areas
Support planning and coordination of events and meetings
Conduct post-completion audits of projects
Skills:
Ability to use or quickly learn the tools/processes for the role; examples include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office, calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, product verification databases, Microsoft Visio, enterprise specific software tools
Accurately follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows
Ability to communicate and work cross functionally amongst work groups.
Quick learner and highly motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals
Highly organized and punctual
Required Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Outlook - Intermediate)
Highly accurate data entry skills
Meticulous attention to detail
