What you'll be doing...

The Verizon Value Organization, consisting of eleven prepaid wireless brands, is looking for a highly skilled and creative Product Marketing Manager to join the Loyalty & Growth Team of Base Management.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Commercial Brand Teams, Base Management, Operations and our platform partners to manage the brand's loyalty programs and initiatives; including but not limited to securing best in class member benefits, managing vendors, obtaining third party promotions and sponsorships, overseeing the platform vendor relationship, marketing the programs to our customers and manage the roadmap for enhancements of products and value proposition. This includes collaboration with the key stakeholders listed above to create solutions that will positively impact KPIs (e.g. Net Adds, Service Revenue, Churn, Cost of Acquisition/Retention, Lifetime Value, Utilization, etc.). You will own business cases for proposed ideas, working closely with Finance to create multi-year P&Ls and shepherd proposals through the Value Commercial Committee process. This role requires excellent analytical skills, influencing without authority, high-caliber communication skills and strong business acumen. In addition, this person will be creating and testing strategies to further leverage the Loyalty Programs to expand into new customer acquisition, program integration with key retailers, Dealer Rewards Programs and community ecosystem development. Responsibilities will also extend through evaluating the impact of these programs and feeding those insights back into what we do next.

In this role you will be:
  • Building, maintaining, adapting and optimizing annual roadmap for the Loyalty Program, including brand and portfolio level nuances.
  • Analyzing business performance, specific to new member acquisition, member retention and member NPS; leveraging multiple databases and data sources to gather necessary insights.
  • As needed, completing customer research and best practice benchmarking to keep the Loyalty Program at the forefront of programs and a competitive differentiator.
  • Owning all reporting and analysis for all executions, developing scorecards as part of the approval process, then feeding that analysis back into actions.
  • Expansion of programs and increasing engagement. Driving new customers and new enrollment via acquisition and activation journeys.
  • Leading with a P&L-owner's perspective in translating ideas/concepts to programs with high probability of achieving desired results against top KPIs.
  • Developing new processes and capabilities for how assumptions and inputs into business cases are created, partnering with Market Insights, platform partners and other subject matter experts.
  • Partnering with Finance to efficiently and effectively advance concepts to fully vetted business cases ready for review with executive leadership and approval through Value Commercial Committee.
  • Ensuring successful execution with platform and communication partners.
  • Elevate lifecycle marketing efforts to new levels, through enhanced segmentation and trigger-based communication testing and strategies.
Where you'll be working...
