Job Title: Delivery Manager - Mid-Level
Start Date: 2025-07-21
Location: 100% Remote supporting EST time zone.

- Seeking a candidate who has been an Integration developer/engineer in the past and has transitioned into a delivery mode role/overseeing groups
- NOT looking for a Program Manager or a Project Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Delivery Manager will drive a portfolio of technical initiatives working across functional areas within Global Solution Delivery. Collaborating with project stakeholders, the Technical Delivery Manager will ensure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and within scope. This position will work closely with Business Solution Leaders and other IT Infrastructure teams to manage priorities, risks, and issues within a dynamic global environment.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Owns delivery of technical components of IT projects from Initialization phase of Solution Delivery Process through to Implementation & Closeout
- Manages delivery of technical components on multiple projects of varying sizes
- Works closely with all technical functions to establish and manage plans to staff, specify, build, test and successfully deliver technical solutions
- Acts as liaison between technical teams
- Holds teams accountable for delivery
- Identifies and manages technical risks, issues and interdependencies specific to delivery of all technical components
- Collaborates with program manager on establishing clear expectations on definition of deliverables and associated delivery dates and level of effort (costs)
- Updates, revises and executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:
- Project plans
- Project re-estimates
- Acceptance of Business Requirements and Solution Requirements Documents
- Recommends and implements best practices.
- Complies with Sarbanes Oxley and PCI.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology managing multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of software design, development, test and delivery methodologies
- Experience in waterfall and Agile development methodologies as they relate to delivering and implementing IT solutions
- Oversight of project team in a matrix environment
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
- Strong people management and client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle projects with high levels of complexity
- Proficient with MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Extensive experience with system integrations
- Bachelor s degree required OR related experience
Preferences:
- Experience with Sarbanes Oxley and PCI compliance
- Knowledge of Retail Apparel Industry
- Integrations builds with UKG PRO
