Business Analyst
Location: Carson City, NV
Duration: 36+ months (extendable)
Rate: $W2/1099
Experience and Skills Required
- minimum of 5 yrs business analysis in a relevant functional or technical field
- Minimum of 3 software development projects
- Minimum of 3 yrs facilitating meetings
- Minimum of 3 yrs project risk and issue management
- Minimum of 3 years project vendor management
- Minimum of 3 yrs requirements analysis, development and management
- Minimum of 1 yr experience using SharePoint
SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor must manage all tasks and activities to the agreed upon plans and schedule. Work must be completed according to the specifications and standards set by the agency.
- Manage Business Analysis tasks and activities from Initiation through Closure including but not limited to the following.
- Elicit and develop Requirements
- Contract Management preferred
- Fiscal and Budgetary experience preferred
- Manage the development of the software Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Utilize MS Project Online/PWA to collect, store and present requirements data, use cases, process models, and report progress and status
