Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and write content for web, web, and mobile experiences (across all touch points including navigation and UI copy, emails, in-app notifications, chatbots, and help).
- Transform global product requirements into a content strategy for meeting business goals and solving real customer problems.
- Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, product owners, and leadership.
- Partner with Design on page layout, interactions, visual tone, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate content with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure we create a consistent end-of-the-end experience.
- Partner with Legal and Risk to deliver content that complies with regulations.
- Use data and research to evaluate your content s impact, and push for improvements that show real results.
Qualification:
- Fluency in written English with an eye for details.
- Confident, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.
- At ease contributing to multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams. Strong communication skills are a plus.
- Experience working with Figma, Jira, and Asana preferred.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science or related fields is appreciated, but not required.
- 8+ years of experience writing product design content for user experiences.
