Job Description:
Our engagement is to merge two ServiceNow instances into a new third instance due to a recent merger and acqusition. We are starting the enagagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms.

CMDB/Discovery
Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc
Demand/Agile
Service Catalog / Portal
Event Management
ITSM

Requirement:
CMDB/Discovery:
o Implement and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
o Perform discovery and mapping of IT assets and services.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB.

LDAP/Access Setups/AD:
o Configure and manage LDAP integrations and Active Directory (AD) setups.
o Implement access control and authentication mechanisms.
o Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.

Demand/Agile:
o Manage and prioritize demand requests using ServiceNow Demand Management.
o Implement Agile methodologies and practices within ServiceNow.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Service Catalog/Portal:
o Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog and self-service portal.
o Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
o Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.

Event Management:
o Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
o Monitor and manage event data to ensure timely incident detection and resolution.
o Collaborate with IT operations to integrate event management with ITSM processes.

ITSM:
o Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.
o Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
o Provide support and training to end-users and other team members.
