Title: Business Analyst - Infrastructure Technologies

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Salary: $490.00-$700.00 Per Day

Description:
Dynamic and detail-oriented analyst focused on end user workspace and collaboration technologies.
Bridge the gap between business objectives, technical teams, and end users.
Ensure solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Document business requirements for various workspace and collaboration technologies.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Work with product owners to develop functional specifications and user stories.
Assist in market research and competitive analysis for workspace technologies.
Manage proof of concepts and user testing programs.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor and evaluate product performance to inform improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and presentations for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
Strong technical writing skills for diverse audiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
