Policy Development Analyst

GyanSys is looking for a Policy Development Analyst for its direct client.

Proven experience in independently managing the end-to-end policy lifecycle and have a strong background in security training and awareness initiatives.

• Prepare and manage security policy documents throughout the full lifecycle: drafting, review, approval, and publication.
• Ensure all policy documentation is up to date, accurately reflects current requirements, and incorporates suggested updates.
• Support the transition of existing documents to new templates and formats.
• Map policy content to relevant ISO controls and ensure comprehensive coverage of all required sections.
• Utilize ServiceNow IRM to facilitate and expedite the policy review and approval process.
• Deliver and facilitate security awareness training sessions for staff via ProofPoint LMS

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently through all stages of the policy lifecycle.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and publishing security policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO control mapping and policy documentation best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, ideally ProofPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor s Degree required
