Application Solutions Developer

Are you someone who loves solving complex business problems with smart technology solutions? As an Application Solutions Engineer, you'll be the go-to problem solver who designs, builds, and maintains the systems that keep our business running smoothly. You'll work across platforms like CRM, ERP, HR, and timekeeping systems-making sure they're well-connected, reliable, and ready for the future.

In this role, you won't just sit behind the scenes-you'll partner directly with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to understand challenges, design scalable solutions, and put them into action. From building integrations and workflows with SQL and APIs to evaluating new SaaS tools and automation platforms, you'll have the opportunity to impact both strategy and day-to-day execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in application support, integration engineering, or solution delivery
• A strong understanding of application architecture, workflows, and data models
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience working with relational databases
• Comfort with APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
• A self-starter mindset and a love for figuring things out

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with C# or similar backend languages
• Familiarity with Azure EntraID (formerly Azure AD)
• Exposure to automation or low-code tools like Power Platform or Logic Apps
