JD:

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Java
applications integrated with NICE platforms.

Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance
architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence
to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and
translate them into architectural blueprints.

Design and optimize NICE integrations, APIs, and workflows to support
omnichannel customer engagement.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance
solution capabilities.

Conduct performance tuning, system optimization, and security assessments.

Mentor development teams and conduct code/architecture reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.

Proven experience as a Java Architect in large-scale enterprise systems.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud
platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Hands-on experience with NICE platforms (CXone, Engage, Workforce
Optimization, or similar).

Deep understanding of integration patterns (ESB, Kafka, MQ, APIs).

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
