  2. Someone who has prior end to end experience in EBS to cloud migration project covering project planning through post go live Hypercare
  3. EBS to cloud migration project experience covering Finance and SCM modules (scope should include both functional and SaaS (reporting) & PaaS (VBCS & integrations) technical components
