Job Description:

  • The CRM Data Contractor supports Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team by providing self-service reporting and data-driven recommendations.
  • This role is responsible for analyzing campaign performance across email, direct mail and the website and sharing ways to enhance customer engagement and drive cruise bookings.
    A successful CRM Data Contractor will be comfortable working with data from many different data sources, preparing and mining data, creating reports and dashboards, and presenting information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • This role works closely with members of the CRM team as well as cross-functional partners throughout the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
  • They will have expert-level SQL skills and experience manipulating data in Google Analytics, Looker and Tableau Desktop.
  • They'll possess a strong understanding of statistical techniques and advanced mathematical skills.
  • In addition to strong attention to detail, they have a proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and reporting.
  • Maintain datasets required for reporting on email, direct mail and website performance.
  • Data will be maintained via SQL through Google BigQuery, SAS Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
  • Role will leverge the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink DaVinci, Optimizely, Asana, etc...
  • Prepare reports and visualizations using Tableau Desktop, Looker, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
  • Focus will be on email, direct mail, website shopping funnels, A/B tests and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner that drives the business forward.
  • Work cross-functionally coordinating with Marketing teams and other business units such as Casino, Creative, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and IT to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy while freeing-up time and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with reporting and data visualization tools
  • Online industry or travel experience preferred
  • Ability to solve complex tasks with simple, clean code
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4) or other web analytics platforms
  • Proficient in SQL, especially BigQuery or SAS Enterprise Guide
  • Experienced building reports and dashboards in Tableau Desktop, Looker, or other similar tools
  • Website tagging knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs
