Company Overview:

Join a leading manufacturing organization committed to innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. We are seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and optimization of an enterprise resource planning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to maximize ERP system value.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ERP project management experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production planning.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
