Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to maximize ERP system value.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ERP project management experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production planning.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
