Job Details

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with client goals and Kinetic s commitment to high-quality design. This role requires strong design skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Maintain brand consistency across digital products while innovating UI design patterns.

Stay updated with design trends, usability guidelines, and emerging tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (bonus if familiar with WordPress/Drupal).

Portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects and design problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).

Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Motion design or micro-interaction design experience is a plus.
