SAP IBP Solution Architect

This position is 100% remote with travel to Europe for 4 to 6 weeks.

SAP IBP Solution Architect, should be able to travel to EU for 4-6 weeks. /// preferably midwest based - location not a constraint in the US.

• Deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules:
• Demand Planning (DP)
• Supply Planning (Heuristics & Optimizer)
• Order-Based Planning (OBP)
• Response & Supply (R&S)
• Inventory Optimization
• Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services)

1. Technical Skills

• Configuration and customization of SAP IBP
• Data integration using CPI-DS, SDI, or ETL tools
• Experience with Fiori apps, Excel Add-In, and Analytics Stories
• Knowledge of key figures, planning areas, time profiles, and attributes

1. Architectural & Design Skills

• Ability to design end-to-end planning solutions
• Experience in solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and process modeling
• Strong understanding of data modeling and master data management

1. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Leading workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and risks

1. Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis of the user and technology challenges of the current SAP IBP system to meet current & future business requirements
• Identify training requirements to drive user adoption
• Collaborate with business process owners to define planning strategies ( IBP)
• Configure and demonstrate IBP functionalities to stakeholders
• Identify the Integration challenges of SAP IBP with SAP ERP systems and other systems
• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and system scalability
• Provide training and support to end-users
