About the Role
Join Information Technology team to architect and implement a secure Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. You'll work in a challenging, fast-paced environment developing enterprise-level VDI solutions that meet strict security and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Design & Architect CUI-compliant VDI environments using Citrix technologies
- Provide Level 2/3 Support for Citrix XenDesktop and XenApps server environments
- Monitor VDI Platforms using tools like Netscaler and ControlUP
- Manage Virtual Sessions ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Patch Management for all Citrix platform server systems
- Technical Leadership as Subject Matter Expert for VDI and Citrix solutions
- Team Training providing one-on-one mentoring to System Administrators
- Microsoft Services deployment and support (AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Group Policy)
Required Experience (Must Have)
- 8+ years Citrix Administration experience including XenServer
- 8+ years Microsoft Windows Servers and Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS)
- 8+ years Design and Architecture experience in enterprise environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills in critical enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Citrix Administration Certification
- VDI Monitoring Tools experience (Netscaler, ControlUP)
- VMware Administration experience
- Citrix App Layering knowledge
- Large-scale enterprise Windows environment experience
