Job Details

The engineer will provide Tier 3 support for our enterprise workstation environment, with a focus on AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), SCCM, Intune, GPO, and Azure infrastructure.

  • Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for workstation-related escalations, including root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Manage and optimize AVD host pools, session hosts, and VM images using tools like Azure Image Builder.
  • Configure and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles, Azure AD integration, Group Policies, and MSIX app attach.
  • Support SCCM and Intune for software deployment, patching, compliance, and endpoint configuration.
