We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Quality Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a key player in our engineering department, working to ensure the highest quality of our products and processes. This is a crucial role that requires a proactive individual with a strong background in continuous process improvement, quality engineering, and performance tracking. Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and systems.
2. Identify KPI's to track and monitor quality performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
3. Conduct process and product audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
4. Use FMEA techniques to anticipate potential product failures and implement preventive measures.
5. Facilitate and participate in Kaizens to drive continuous process improvement.
6. Prepare PPAP documents for new product development and product changes.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality awareness of the workforce.
9. Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
10. Drive the culture of 'Quality First' throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in Continuous Process Improvement, Quality Engineering, and KPI tracking.
4. Proficient in Process Audits, Product Audits, FMEA, PPAP, and Kaizens.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
8. Strong understanding of statistical process control, quality assurance techniques and tools.
9. Proficient in using quality management systems and related software.
10. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification would be a plus.
