Job Details
Summary:
The Sr. PM will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project. The Sr. PM is accountable for the entire project scope and all phases of the project life cycle, the project resources, the project budget, implementation, and the success or failure of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and manage scope, contract, and deliverables with the Developers and internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage project schedules, track costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and monthly project planning activities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA compliance
- Prepare documentation: status reports, meeting notes, UAT support, web scans
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure all accessibility and quality standards are met
Must-Have Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Strong background in managing complex technology projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Experience with government systems.
- Knowledge of Child Nutrition Programs, Local Food Exchange (LFE).
Accessibility Certifications:
IAAP CPACC, IAAP WAS, or Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
