Description

SAIC is looking for a Production Engineer that will support the fielding, maintenance, and upgrades for the Maritime Expeditionary Standoff Response (MESR) Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Program as it transitions to a Program of Record. This position will be an onsite role in San Diego, CA.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Maintaining globally fielded fleet of systems.
  • Supporting the fielding of new capabilities and systems to fleet customers.
  • Conducting failure analysis of fielded systems.
  • Managing all aspects of continuous product improvements including but not limited to fielding of retrofits and system upgrades, maintenance, operations, training, certifications, and/or facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage new equipment fielding rollout plans.
  • Coordinate and provide support with training.
  • Develop documentation for maintenance, training and operations.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be eligible to receive and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).


DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting fielded fleet systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver reports, papers, and analysis in multiple formats.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing analytical tools in support of data management and analysis.
  • Experience working with SharePoint or other, similar shared document and database systems.
  • Must have experience developing processes and procedures.

Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
