Tasks

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders

• Communicate deliverables to project team and stakeholders
• Coordinate deliverables with all applicable parties
• Coordinate project implementation cross-functionally
• Evaluate and develop alternative solution possibilities
• Manage risks and mitigation plans
• Coordinate the deployment and communication of the deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Evaluate the current business for process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate deliverables following Ross project methodology
• Determine contents for the communications plan and manage the plan
• Facilitate roles and responsibilities discussions
• Facilitate change management discussions
• Follow Ross standard s project management methodology
• Ability to plan forward while maintaining focus on current deliverables. Identify critical path and escalate when the project schedule may be impacted due to late/past due tasks.
