Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior ServiceNow Sales Executive to lead strategic sales efforts targeting enterprise-level clients. This senior position requires a proven track record in selling ServiceNow platform solutions - including both software and services - to large organizations with complex needs. You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to closing high-value deals.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to C-level executives, adept at navigating long and complex sales cycles, and skilled in positioning ServiceNow as a transformative business platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level ServiceNow business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical consultants, delivery teams, and marketing to create compelling client proposals.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Stay current with ServiceNow product enhancements, competitive offerings, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of selling ServiceNow solutions (software and services) into large enterprise accounts.
Minimum 5-7 years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with deal values in the six- to seven-figure range.
Strong network of enterprise-level contacts and proven ability to open new accounts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in business terms to executive stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large systems integrators or consulting firms offering ServiceNow solutions.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery, and other ServiceNow product lines.
Formal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
Multi-vertical experience selling into industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
