We are looking for an experienced Oracle TRCS Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) and end-to-end implementation expertise. The ideal candidate should have completed at least 2 3 full-cycle TRCS implementations and possess deep functional and technical knowledge of tax reporting processes. The role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation of Oracle TRCS, including requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment.
Collaborate with tax, finance, and IT teams to design and deliver effective TRCS solutions.
Configure tax provisioning models, automation, and reporting frameworks.
Manage data integration with source systems (GL/ERP) and ensure data integrity.
Conduct UAT, user training, and provide go-live/post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle TRCS.
Minimum 2 3 full-cycle TRCS implementations.
Solid understanding of tax reporting, tax provisioning, and compliance processes.
Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud; knowledge of FCCS/ARCS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (Hybrid model).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle EPM/TRCS certifications.
