Requirement:

• Act as a liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end business process and data flow modeling, including as-is and to-be.
• Coordinate, facilitate and manage project meetings.
• Lead all requirements capture activities.
• Lead user training programs.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using BABOK techniques and tools.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Define and document business processes, use cases, and user stories to guide solution development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analyses to inform decision-making.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, system requirements, and data models as per BABOK guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project timelines, RACI and requirements traceability matrices.
• Lead and oversee requirements gathering and documentation of junior analysts, addressing complex requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and lead in the application of advanced BABOK concepts within a Scrum framework to ensure iterative and incremental progress.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, guiding them in accordance with industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in other quantitative analysis or related disciplines, such as researcher, data engineer or BI analyst.
• The possession of a bachelor s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Five (5) years of experience performing liaison activities between a development team and the customer.

Desirable Skills:

• Seven (7) years of experience as a business analyst or business solution analyst.
• Five (5) years of experience conducting business process reengineering.
• Five (5) years of experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Five (5) years of experience conducting knowledge transfer activities.
• Five (5) years of experience in the role of trainer or leading training activities.
