Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee marketing technology initiatives and data-driven projects in Lakewood, Colorado. This role requires a strategic thinker and organized leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive impactful technology integration. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage marketing technology projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
Serve as a liaison between marketing, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Provide comprehensive documentation, regular updates, and proactive risk management for all projects.
Oversee website migration processes by coordinating efforts with vendors and internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing automation teams to establish centralized data infrastructure for enhanced analytics.
Partner with developers to design and optimize data pipelines for actionable insights.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for marketing teams to implement.
Work with product managers and IT teams to integrate innovative technologies into customer-facing solutions.
Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and enhancing product value.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital experience technologies.
Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical communication effectively.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing vendor relationships and website migration projects is a plus.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are highly desirable.
