Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Needs Analysis
    • Collaborate with business process owners and SAP functional/technical teams.
    • Identify skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with SAP processes.
  2. Content Development
    • Create training materials such as:
      • Instructor-Led Training (ILT) decks.
      • Computer-Based Training (CBT) / eLearning modules.
      • Simulations and system walkthroughs using tools like SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360
      • Develop quick reference guides (QRGs), job aids, desktop procedures and process documentation
  3. Curriculum & Course Design
    • Map business processes (P2P, , RTR, EAM, etc.) into training curriculum.
    • Align content with role-based learning paths (e.g., End Users, Super Users, IT Support).
  4. Training Delivery & Facilitation
    • Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
    • Support end-user training during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and pre-Go-Live.
  5. Assessment & Evaluation
    • Create knowledge checks, quizzes, and certification tests.
    • Collect feedback and adjust content for clarity and effectiveness.
  6. Change Management Support
    • Partner with OCM (Organizational Change Management) teams.
    • Ensure training ties into broader adoption strategies.

Skills Required

  • SAP Knowledge: Understanding of key SAP modules (e.g., RTR, P2P,EAM,FSM,PS,PPM,HVC,RPP, Tax).
  • Instructional Design Expertise: ADDIE, SAM, or AGILE learning models.
  • eLearning Tools: Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now.
  • Project Management: Ability to align training timelines with SAP implementation waves.
  • Communication: Clear writing and facilitation skills
