We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong Windows 11 support experience and moderate MacOS knowledge. The ideal candidate will have L1 L2 troubleshooting expertise, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
This role involves providing in-person support, provisioning laptops (Windows & MacOS), troubleshooting applications, and managing hardware inventory.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Windows 11 laptop provisioning and support
Moderate MacOS support experience
Help desk and user support background
IDP experience (Okta preferred)
MDM experience (Jamf and/or Intune)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management and self-motivation
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for Windows and MacOS laptops
Perform hardware support (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
User support and administration in Okta or similar IDP
Manage and support Intune and Jamf environments
Troubleshoot basic applications, including Tableau and in-house apps (with escalation path)
Support Chrome browser issues
Provision users and hardware
Manage stock inventory for hardware and peripherals
