RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Pleasanton, CA is looking for an In-Store Media Product Manager to lead the development, integration, and execution of technologies that power in-store media experiences. This role focuses on emerging in-store channels such as digital big screens, in-store promotions, and loyalty-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with retail media technology and strong execution skills to ensure seamless operations for marketing and media teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the product lifecycle for in-store media technology: from vendor selection and customization to deployment and optimization
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including IT, marketing operations, and store leadership-to integrate enabling technologies
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
* Ensure alignment between in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and campaign technology infrastructure
* Partner with vendors (e.g., Tune, StrataCash) and internal IT teams to manage POS and loyalty management system integrations
* Support roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and rollout planning
* Conduct store visits as needed to assess technology performance and support pilots or launches
REQUIREMENTS:
* Direct experience with in-store promotions, loyalty program technology, and retail marketing platforms
* Strong understanding of POS systems, loyalty management systems, and retail media enablement tools
* Hands-on skills in Excel (pivot tables), SQL, and BigQuery for data analysis
* Demonstrated ability to write concise requirements documents and functional specifications
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
* Willingness to travel to store locations as required
Preferred Experience:
* Previous work integrating or managing retail media technology vendors
* Background in executing technology rollouts in a retail or consumer environment
* Knowledge of loyalty-driven personalization and marketing campaign enablement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
