Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our healthcare IT team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems across clinical and administrative environments. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues, with a strong focus on customer service and timely resolution through the Avanti Ticketing System.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Support healthcare applications and systems, including EMR/EHR platforms. Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and mobile devices. Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of support activities in Avanti. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and equipment provisioning. Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and data security protocols.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
