Job Details

Job Title: Application Architect - Teller/ATM

Duration: 3 months CTH

Location: Columbus Ohio hybrid onsite 3 days a week

Summary:
Provides strategic technical leadership and vision across application domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain application architecture and roadmaps.
  • Design and govern shared frameworks for delivery teams.
  • Align architecture with enterprise goals and development practices.
  • Promote architectural best practices and emerging trends.
  • Establish standards for design documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Evaluate tools and solutions within the domain.
  • Understand application workflows and support senior delivery management.
  • Mentor technical teams and lead conflict resolution efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years with the Argo or another Teller platform
  • 5+ years of related technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence
  • Experience delivering in Agile, DevOps, and cloud environments
  • Background in retail/commercial banking, fintech systems, and data models
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, security, and system performance tuning
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions aligned with strategic IT roadmaps
  • Thought leadership in cloud, analytics, and AI/ML adoption
