Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas on a W2 basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams.

  • Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope and objectives.

  • Support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

  • Assist with UAT, including test planning, execution, and issue tracking.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall).

  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
