Job Details

Job Details

Develop and optimize continuous chemical production processes to meet safety, quality, and cost targets

Collect and analyze data using scientific and statistical methods to identify improvements and eliminate bottlenecks

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations on process design and commercialization of new products

Troubleshoot plant and process issues, prepare operator training materials, and support management of change procedures

Drive continuous improvement in yield, productivity, and first-pass quality using SPC and performance metrics

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required)

Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment

Strong understanding of fluid flow, heat transfer, P&IDs, and instrumentation

Exceptional technical, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work on-site and respond to occasional off-shift calls; TWIC certification preferred
