Job Details

Payrate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Finance support for the Locomotive Products division
  • Financial closing process and ensuring US GAAP and policy compliance
  • Account reconciliation process, driving towards no unreconciled balances
  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's financial position
  • Assist with standard cost roll and physical inventory
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing any findings promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting required. Certifications in accounting or finance can be beneficial. Audit experience preferred.
  • Accounting Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, such as staff accountant, financial analyst, or senior accountant.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Oracle and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or BI. One Stream/HFM experience is beneficial.
  • Problem-solving profile.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and workflow processes.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
