Experience/Skills

• Experience Range - 12-15 years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience in designing scalable AI/ML architectures using Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• 2 years of Hand-on experience knowledge of LLMs, Vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Can demonstrate thru having done 3-4 projects over the past 2 years
• 2 years of experience integrating AI into enterprise systems (e.g., knowledge management, document automation)
• 5+ years of experience in Python, 2+ years of experience in API's
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tool; Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD for AI pipelines
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Description of Role

• Design scalable AI architectures using Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems (e.g., knowledge management, document automation)
• Lead the development of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications
• Work in customer location and comes with technically strong expertise in building scalable efficient AI applications
• Should be able to understand customer's business needs and help them building efficient solution with architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and roadmaps; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers
• Should also be able to co-ordinate the work from Onsite/ Offshore and help the team in reviewing the work from Offshore to meet business needs
