Need DevOps Engineer - Charlotte, NC

Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Pittsburg, PA

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• 
  Collaborate with architecture and development teams to build scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
• 
  Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce best practices across teams.
• 
  Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• 
  Manage cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• 
  Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications.
• 
  Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms.
• 
  Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• 
  Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  810 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in Terraform and IaC.
• 
  Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/Google Cloud Platform good to have).
• 
  Expertise in Terraform modules, state management, workspaces, and cloud provider integrations.
• 
  Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• 
  Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm for container orchestration.
• 
  Solid understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, VPC, and cloud governance.
• 
  Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• 
  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
