Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 Only)


Compensation: Up to $46/hour


Location: 100% Remote


Note: This position is not open to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) engagements or third-party vendors.



Position Summary


The Salesforce Technology Analyst plays a key role in supporting enterprise technology operations through the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce and integrated platforms. This contract-to-hire role is fully remote and offers up to $46 per hour on a W2 basis. The analyst will work closely with the business systems team to deliver technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance business capabilities, and improve system performance. This position focuses on configuration, integration, and automation tasks that align with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities



  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of operational workflows to ensure system alignment with business objectives.

  • Assist in developing, testing, and deploying new features and functionality in Salesforce and related platforms.

  • Support system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party tools.

  • Work with senior administrators and developers to implement enhancements and automation solutions.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to system performance, configuration, and integrations.

  • Create and manage automation workflows using Flow, Process Builder, and similar tools.

  • Enforce system security policies and assist with compliance activities such as audits and access reviews.

  • Collaborate across teams to identify training needs, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of systems.

  • Proficient in learning and using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zapier, marketing automation tools, and web form applications.

  • Knowledgeable in CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, web technologies, and data analytics tools.

  • Effective at cross-functional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication


Position Requirements


Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.

  • Some experience in a Salesforce administrative or support role.

  • Exposure to relevant programming or scripting languages is a plus.
