Full Time position-Office located in Mountain View, CA (100% remote considered)

Product managers lead our product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of product designers, backend and mobile engineers, and clinical

stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you possess the ability to deeply understand a complex industry, have a passion for improving the lives of members, identify the most impactful opportunities, empathize with customers, make prioritization trade-offs, and transform complicated problems into easy-to-use solutions. If you re looking to work at a fast-paced, hyper growth company, this is an excellent opportunity. Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product efforts in metabolic health treatment for members with metabolic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Obesity.
  • Write clear product specifications for the product area, spanning a mobile app for members and a web application for our clinical care team.
  • Work closely with product design to create a user-centric experience for both our members and our clinical team.
  • Write and prepare detailed Jira tickets for upcoming Work closely with engineering, QA, and product design on refining Jira tickets.
  • Partner with the Engineering Lead to drive all agile ceremonies (daily standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, sprint demos, design reviews) and manage phased ramps of product features.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps; experience in enterprise web apps would be a plus
  • Experience in product management for AI-powered products and working with AI/ML teams would be a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; previous experience in a startup would be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users, making the right trade-off decisions in order to develop and launch features with speed and quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing product development from ideation to execution.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Domain experience in healthcare, fitness, or related areas would be a plus, but is not required
