ERP/CRM tied to team: Syteline
Size of Environment: (end users, Servers, etc)
Must haves & qualifying questions: (ask what technical questions we can ask to better pre-screen must haves)
- Support Tech - Level I IAM, reporting, dashboards
- Fresh Service for Tickets
- Low and Medium priority requests
- Personality is going to be huge - they will be training people
2-4 new tickets per day
