Job Details
Job Title: Project Manager with QA OR Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Analyst
Location: Michigan (Locals only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IV&V on ITIF and other strategic projects.
- Review and assess project documentation and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues, suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project metrics: scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Produce regular reports: Health Assessments, Risk Logs, Executive Briefings, and Summary Reports.
Collaborate with project teams while maintaining objectivity.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT project management.
- 5+ years in IV&V or QA roles.
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors in IT, Business, or related field (required).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Additional certifications (e.g., CSM, CQA) are a plus
