Job Details
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Chandler AZ/Minneapolis MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 18 Months Contract
MUST HAVES
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (building KPIs, indicators, widgets, and dashboards).
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow UI Builder for creating custom experiences.
- Experience configuring and supporting Stream Connect or similar integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform best practices.
DAY TO DAY
- Develop and customize dashboards and metrics in ServiceNow Performance Analytics to track KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
- Build intuitive, modern interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder to improve usability and streamline workflows.
- Configure and support Stream Connect integrations to enable real-time event processing and cross-platform communication.
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with platform best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
