Job Title: AI Workflow Consultant (Junior Mid Level)

About the Role
We re looking for a hands-on AI Workflow Consultant to support the development and deployment of internal agentic workflows. You ll work closely with leadership and a senior advisor to build, test, and refine AI-powered systems that improve how our team operates ranging from content creation pipelines to customer simulations and internal ops tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with AI tools (like GPT, Claude, or open-source models), building systems, and iterating quickly in a startup-style environment.
What You ll Do
Build and run AI/agentic workflow prototypes for internal processes
Set up small experiments to test prompt chains, automations, or micro-agents
Work with structured and unstructured data to feed into agent flows
Collaborate with senior consultant and team leads on requirements and priorities
Iterate quickly based on testing, feedback, and new ideas
Document workflow logic and setup in a clear, repeatable way
Stay current on emerging AI tooling and recommend practical applications
Example Projects
Automate parts of our content creation or repurposing process
Build lightweight product simulation or feedback analysis agents
Create internal tools that help manage knowledge, meetings, or decisions
Run low-code/no-code experiments using tools like Zapier, LangChain, OpenAI API, Claude, etc.
What You Bring
1 3 years experience in ops, product, tech, or experimentation-driven roles
Comfort working with AI tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms
Builder mindset you enjoy testing, tweaking, and finding smarter ways to do things
Clear communication and documentation habits
Curiosity, accountability, and a strong figure it out attitude
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agentic design concepts (multi-agent systems, task orchestration, etc.)
Light technical skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs)
Experience with content ops, product support, or internal tooling
