Job Details
Onsite Desktop/Systems Engineer.- Houston, TX
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and server platforms.
- Experience with SCCM administration for software deployment and patch management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Online/On-Premises.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager for Apple device management.
- Proficiency in managing Cisco Client, CUCM, and IPC Turret systems.
- Experience with Jira Project Management and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Citrix DaaS, Proofpoint, SharePoint, Printer Server administration, Grafana, Lansweeper, video conferencing systems, financial applications, VPN solutions, Citrix Workspace, Forcepoint, Crowdstrike, and Cisco Jabber.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
