Akkodis is seeking a QA Test Manager for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. Youwill lead end-to-end testing strategies, ensuring quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour

QA Test Manager job responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects, ensuring effective test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Oversee the development of test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, track resolutions, and improve overall product quality.
- Monitor QA metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with testing processes and standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a QA leadership or test management role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale QA teams and delivering structured testing processes across multiple projects.
- Strong expertise in test strategy development, automation frameworks, and stakeholder communication.
