Job Details

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Installation Technician with expertise in security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to configure and layout systems, ensuring that installations are performed efficiently and according to industry standards. Additionally, the Installation Technician will provide customer support, conduct equipment operations training, and promote training and growth among the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to determine system configuration and layout for security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Follow safe work practices and ensure all work is performed in accordance with work standards and regulations.
  • Execute installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Provide customer support and end-user equipment operations training to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Send daily status reports to appropriate supervisors as needed to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Verify material and equipment needs for each job, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Promote and execute training and growth initiatives among the installation team to enhance skills and capabilities.
