We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional judgment and interpersonal skills to lead Law Enforcement Response Policy efforts in the NORAM region. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape policies that impact global operations while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and processes to support high-volume requests from law enforcement and third parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products into data disclosure tools, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse internal partners, including legal, engineering, operations, and others.
- Articulate policy background and rationale clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development of operational policies based on input from various teams and track their progress from submission to deployment.
- Address operational policy issues in support of corporate strategy and objectives.
- Identify policy gaps and communicate updates and insights to team members and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and revise operational policy materials, including reports, documentation, and instructional content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and quality.
- Support escalation processes related to sensitive policy issues and collaborate with legal teams on policy decisions.
- Assist leadership with documentation change management, metrics, and reporting on policy activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and implementation of policies.
- Ensure all requests are handled in strict accordance with applicable laws, terms of service, and law enforcement guidelines.
- Track and report on policy development activities and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in policy, product, government, legal, operational, compliance, privacy, or strategy roles.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and functions without compromising quality.
- Experience working within a tech company or with technology clients.
- Strong technical writing skills and experience translating complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Demonstrated success in partnering across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with sound judgment for handling sensitive issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in law enforcement policy, risk assessment, drafting regulatory language, and knowledge of privacy and data security principles.
- Global work experience, with familiarity working across diverse markets.
- Project management experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Instructional design and proofreading expertise.
- Experience in crisis management and issue-based communications.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
