Sr. Application Development Engineer

Typical Day in the Role

• Contractor will need to execute and write exemplary code and documentation on daily basis
• They will need to take part in code reviews, design reviews, create software requirements, software, and software tests, they will be performing code reviews and refining software development processes.

• Responsible for maintaining consistent execution velocity
• Will need to write clear and ideally error-free code
• Contractor will be responsible for writing useful automated tests and documentation
• Performance wise, contractor is expected to be able to take a part of a project, and with some guidance, manage the execution and communicate and work effectively with peers
• This is a unique opportunity to join an enterprise level organization to build AI based solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field Preferred:
• Years of experience required: 4+ years in progressive hands-on software engineering roles
• Disqualifiers: Lacking seniority, hoppy resumes
• Additional qualities to look for/Preferred Skills: React, SQL and NoSQL DBs, API standards (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL), healthcare experience is a plus

• Typescript
• Experience building or maintaining data-centric applications
• At least one other programming language
